I'm also still busy cooking yummy things:
The other night I made this Pastina Timbale from one of Michael Chiarello's cookbooks. The tiny pastini are cooked and mixed with hot Italian sausage. It is them molded with a tasty bread crumb mixture and topped with a spicy tomato sauce. Mmmmm!
