Last year, Wine Spectator produced a fantastic issue on food called The Encyclopedia of Food. This year the magazine came out with another great food related issue. The issue takes you around the world into 10 different "culinary cultures." Each section contains a map with locations of unique/original ingredients to that region and the history of those items. It is also filled with recipe’s that use those ingredients. Pick it up!
