First Visit From the Tooth Fairy (0)
Sophia lost her first tooth last night. She ran to Karen excitedly screaming, "I lost my tooth!" After placing it under her pillow she awoke to find a crisp dollar bill and 4 quarters.
Sophia told me this morning in a tone looking for confirmation, "This is my money and I can make the rules about it." I think knowing she had complete control over those 2 dollars was better than getting them.
She has wisely chosen to save one dollar and possible spend one dollar.
